Samantha has been involved in the academies sector since 2010. She qualified as a commercial property lawyer and then followed her passion for the education sector and now exclusively supports schools and academies with property elements of academy conversions, transfers and re-brokerages.

As well as providing property advice, Samantha also supports both Schools and MAT's in the commercial aspects of Academy Conversions and Academy Transfers as well as supporting with Joint use arrangements, service level agreements and memorandums of understanding.
