I am currently Executive Headteacher of Rosebery School, a girls’ comprehensive school in Epsom. We are a member of the GLF Schools Trust, and my principal Trust responsibility is oversight of teaching and learning across the seven secondary schools. This includes management of our team of Subject Leads and our Pedagogy and Practice Lead, who work with middle and senior leaders in our schools. I am also responsible for leadership development and greatly enjoy training, developing and coaching leaders at all levels across the Trust.

I have previously worked at a number of secondary schools in Surrey following a career as a History and Politics teacher and Head of Humanities.

I am committed to supporting genuine collaboration between schools – this job is hard enough without doing it in isolation – and therefore I am a member of the Surrey Secondary Phase Council, where I lead the annual residential Headteacher Conference at which we aim to provide school leaders with inspiration and mutual support.
