Rob is Partner of BPE Search, an Executive Search Practice, and an also sits on the Group Board of Directors of the wider recruitment group. He specialises in hiring leadership talent into Retail and Consumer Goods companies in the UK and Western Europe. 

Outside work, Rob is an active member of Farnham Golf Club (the Sands), runs the occasional 5 or 10k and enjoys most sports he gets the opportunity to play. 

He is passionate about people, careers and diversity and has always been drawn to the “business of business”; how organisations work and what can be done to improve performance, capability and leadership. 

This is Rob’s first Trustee appointment and he’s very much looking forward to the opportunity to contribute positively to WMAT and the local community.
